Job Summary:
We are looking for an Intern to join our team as a Chef Concierge/Director of Guest Relations. In this role, you will assist in providing excellent guest services and managing all aspects of guest relations to ensure a memorable experience for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
– Assist in managing and coordinating all guest services, including but not limited to reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests.
– Provide recommendations and assistance to guests on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
– Assist in managing guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
– Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in guest relations best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
